Client: Quintiles Transnational
Contract Research Organization (CRO)
Quintiles deployed a research study with over 1400 sites in more than 50 countries. Their North American project team (based in Durham, NC) needed to communicate order, inventory, and tracking information to workgroups across the world. In addition, Quintiles needed a facility to store over 100 pallets of promotional materials and to fulfill the orders for them over a 24-month period.
Riley Life developed and deployed an internet-based SAAS order and inventory management system to handle the intra-company communication needed. Riley Life personnel trained Quintiles project managers and supported the software throughout the project life cycle. In addition, RLI handled the fulfillment of up to 850 international shipments per day due to the projectls demands.
